Revitalizing Foot Massage

 

A soothing foot massage with warm moist towels incorporating some Reflexology pressure point techniques. Reflexology focuses on the reflex points of the feet and has been known in China as a healing therapy for thousands of years. Reflexology is based on the theory that all body parts, organs and glands are associated with specific areas called reflex zones which serve as a kind of "mini map" of the whole body and the organs. By manipulating the associated zones, changes can be affected in the corresponding body part.
